Working Principle

Stainless steel dryer (down-blowing type), the wind blown by the fan is heated electrically to become high-temperature drying hot air, using the principle of "hot air down-blowing" and "air cyclone exhaust" to ensure even and uniform drying effect and improve drying efficiency.

　　9、With double over-temperature, overload and overheat safety protection device can reduce the accident caused by human or mechanical failure.

　　10, add hot air recovery (optional) so that the hot air to form a semi-closed loop circuit, accelerate the speed of hot air circulation, can reduce the loss of power savings of 30%.

　　11、Can be equipped with exhaust air filtration (optional). Filter dust and gas to avoid air pollution, to ensure a clean working environment, can also be installed hopper magnet filtration of iron impurities and other functions.

Applications

Straight knot design can be installed directly on the injection moulding machine for drying, which is both fast and space-saving: Separate design can be combined with different forms of stand and conveying function, which is especially suitable for large and vertical injection moulding machines where the height of the factory is restricted.
