Working Principle

Suitable for 30-250 ton horizontal/vertical injection moulding machine, mainly used for simple finished product and spout taking out. The upper and lower hand kidneys are of single and double cut-off type, the upper and lower strokes are 650/750/850mm, and the two-platen moulds are used. Its up and down, pulling, spinning in, spinning out, are driven by pneumatic pressure, fast speed, high efficiency, is an affordable type of robot. Installation of the horizontal manipulator can increase the seating capacity by 30%, reduce the defective rate of the product, protect the safety of the operator, reduce the labour, and control the production volume to reduce the waste.

5、X-axis can be rotated by 90° to facilitate the mould change operation, and equipped with hydraulic buffer to make the in-and-out stroke more stable.

6、Y-axis is equipped with anti-slip cylinder to ensure the safe operation of the manipulator in case of sudden air failure.

7、Z-axis rotary arm can be adjusted 45-90 angle, according to the actual demand to change the direction of the object. (i.e. positive or negative operation side of the injection machine).

8、Safety protection device: linked with the injection moulding machine, double clamping safety protection to ensure the safety of the mould. Remove the product to make sure that the mould will not be locked until the product is removed.

9、Rapidly and accurately remove the sprued material from the mould and hand it over to the machine-side crusher for immediate recycling.
